254例2型糖尿病患者代谢综合征的证候分析

目的以2型糖尿病证型为基础,初步探讨代谢综合征中医证候特点。方法以IDF2005代谢综合征全球共识定义为标准,选取北京医院中医科住院病人回顾性资料254例,分别从性别、年龄、病程方面讨论代谢综合征中医证候特点。结果气阴两虚和血瘀脉络证在数量上有优势,但并未体现出与代谢综合征有统计学相关性;脾虚湿聚证则显示出与男性、成年、中期病程的代谢综合征患者有统计学相关性。结论气阴两虚证仍是2型糖尿病代谢综合征的主流证型,某些证候与年龄、性别、病程有关,提示脾虚湿聚证可能是2型糖尿病患者代谢综合征主要证候之一。

Syndrome analysis of metabolic syndrome in 254 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the characteristics of TCM syndrome manifestations of metabolic syndrome on the base of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method The retrospective materials of 254 hospitalized cases were chosen from the Department of Chinese Medicine,Beijing Hospital and the TCM syndrome characteristics of metabolic syndrome were discussed from the aspects of sex,age and disease course,taking the world definition of IDF's metabolic syndrome in 2005 as the standard.Result The(manifestations) of syndrome of both qi and yin deficiency and syndrome of blood stasis in meridians had a superiority in the number,but no statistic correlation with metabolic syndrome,while syndrome of dampnessretention due to spleen insufficiency showed the statistic correlation in male,adult patients with metabolic syndrome in middle stage of disease course.Conclusion The syndrome of both qi and yin deficiency is main syndrome type of metabolic syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Some syndrome manifestations are related to age,sex and disease course,which indicates that "dampness-retention due to spleen insufficiency" is one of the main manifestations of metabolic syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
