| 摘 要： | 以川芎茶调散类方辨证治疗偏头痛虚证１６８例，结果：显效率７２．２％，好转率２３．２１％，总有效率９５．４１％，明显优于对照组（ｐ＜０．０１）。并选择部分病例做了疗效机理的研究。

| Abstract: | cases of migraine pertaining to deficiency syndrome were treated with the analogous formulae of Tea-Blended Ligusticum powder according to syndrome differentiation. Result: the obvious effective rate was 72. 2 %,improvement rate 23. 2%, and the total effective rate 95. 4%.It was notably superior to that of control group (p<0.01).In addition, the therapeutic mechanism was studied by selecting partial cases. |
