论温病学五大学术体系及其临床辨治思路

本文以温病学主要学派和不同的温病类型为主要依据，将温病学主要学说划分为温疫学说、伏气温病学说、伤寒法治温学说、四时温病学说、温毒学说五大学术体系。重点探讨了五个学术体系辨治温病的思路和临床用药规律。以期使温病学界在重视叶、薛、吴、王临床经验的同时，更加注重其它学术体系的研究，从而拓宽温病临床的诊治思路，提高温病的临床疗效。

Discussion on Five Main Academic Systems of Febrile Disease and Its Clinical Treatment Thoughts Based on Syndrome Differentiation

This article, according to main schools and different types of febrile diseases,classified main doctrines of febrile diseases into five academic systems, namely doctrine of pestilence, doctrine of epidemic febrile disease occuring after incubation, doctrine of febrile disease treated by the same method as used in exogenous febrile disease, doctrine of four-season febrile disease and doctrine of virulent heat pathogen, mainly discussed the ways of treating febrile diseases in respective system and rules of administering drugs in clinic. The author suggested that these doctrines be paid more attention to research besides clinical experiences of Yie, Xue Wu and Wang, which helped to broad the mind of diagnosis and treatment of febrile diseases and improve treatment effectiveness in clinic.
