四种调理脾胃药对大鼠神经肽类递质影响的差异性分析

目的　探讨四种经典的调理脾胃方药对大鼠脑组织神经肽类递质的影响。方法　SD大鼠 ,分别胃饲补中益气汤、大承气汤、归脾汤、温胆汤、双蒸水 ,用药 15天后 ,放免法测定大鼠皮层及海马SS、SP、VIP、NPY的含量。结果　补中益气汤可显著降低皮层VIP、升高NPY含量 ;大承气汤可使皮层SS、SP及海马VIP含量降低 ;归脾汤可升高皮层SS的含量 ;温胆汤可降低海马VIP含量。结论　四种调理脾胃药均在不同程度上对脑肠肽产生影响 ,这是可能是调理脾胃药具有精神作用的生物学基础之一

Analysis of the Differences of the Effects of Four TCM Decoctions for Mediating the Spleen and Stomach on Neuropeptide Transmitters in the Rats

Objective To investigate the effects of four classical TCM formulas for mediating the spleen and stomach on cerebral neuropeptide transmitters in the rats. Methods SD rats were intragastrically given Buzhongyiqi Decoction, Dachengqi Decoction, Guipi Decoction, Wendan Decoction and double distilled water respectively for 15 days and then, the levels of SS, SP, VIP and NPY in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The results showed that Buzhongyiqi Decoction could markedly reduce the level of VIP and raise the level of NPY in the cerebral cortex, Dachengqi Decoction could decrease the levels of SS and SP in the cerebral cortex and the level of VIP in the hippocampus, Guipi Decoction could increase the level of SS in the cerebral cortex, and Wendan Decoction could lower the level of VIP in the hippocampus. Conclusion All the four formulas exert effects on the levels of cerebral neuropeptide transmitters to different degrees, which may be one part of the biological base of the psychological effects of the TCM decoctions for mediating the spleen and stomach.
