| 摘 要： | 目的 观察肝郁脾虚因素对S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长和T细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 取腹腔传代第 7天的S180肿瘤细胞 ,调细胞浓度至 1× 10 10 L-1,接种于昆明小鼠右腋皮下 ,0 2mL 只。接种后当天用束缚加饮食失节的方法造成肝郁脾虚证 ,并设单纯肝郁脾虚证、单纯肿瘤和正常对照组。 10d后处死小鼠 ,剥取肿瘤称瘤重 ,取脾脏检测T淋巴细胞增殖及产生IL 2、IFN γ的能力 ,并摘取胸腺称重计算胸腺指数。结果 肝郁脾虚因素可明显增加S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤重量 (P <0 0 1) ,降低荷瘤小鼠脾T淋巴细胞增殖和产生IL 2和IFN γ的能力 (P <0 0 1) ,并可使小鼠胸腺指数明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。结论 肝郁脾虚因素可加重抑制荷瘤小鼠的细胞免疫功能 ,对肿瘤生长有促进作用。
