| 摘 要： | 目的 观察温脾汤对大鼠血清肌酐、尿素氮及 2 4h尿蛋白的影响。方法 采用 5 / 6肾切除方法制作大鼠肾纤维化模型 ,以PASM染色方法观察大鼠组织形态学变化 ,并应用图像分析技术对病理染色结果进行分析。结果 温脾汤能够显著降低 5 / 6肾切除大鼠的血清肌酐 (P <0 0 5 )、尿素氮 (P <0 0 1)水平及 2 4h尿蛋白 (P <0 0 1) ,降低肾重体重比 ,抑制残余肾脏的代偿性肥大 ,减轻肾小球硬化及肾间质纤维化程度。结论 温脾汤可降低肾重体重比 ,抑制残余肾脏的代偿性肥大 ,减轻肾小球硬化及肾间质纤维化程度 ,具有保护肾脏的功能

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Wenpi Decoction (WD) on the levels of serum creatinine, BUN, and 24 hour urine protein in the rats with 5/6 nephrectomy. Methods The rat model of renal fibrosis was established by 5/6 nephrectomy; PAM HE staining was used to observe histomorphological changes in the model rats; and imaging analysis techniques were used to analyze the pathologic staining results. Results WD could markedly decrease the levels of the serum creatinine ( P <0 05), BUN ( P <0 01) and 24 hour urine protein ( P <0 01). Conclusion WD can lower the ratio of kidney weight to body weight, inhibit compensatory hypertrophy of the residual kidney, and reduce the degree of glomerulosclerosis and renal interstitial fibrosis, by which the renal functions are protected. |
