党参对大鼠离体工作心脏缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:在大鼠离体工作心脏缺血/再灌注损伤模型上,观察党参对缺血/再灌注心脏的保护作用。研究表明党参能提高缺血/再灌注损伤心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,减少肌酸激酶的释放,使心肌的收缩和舒张功能得到明显改善,并能促进心输出量、冠脉流量、每搏输出量及心率的恢复。提示党参对缺血/再灌注所致的心肌脂质过氧化损伤有一定的保护作用,从而改善心脏的功能。

Abstract:Effects of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae on ischemic reperfusion injury in isolated working heart of rats were observed. The results showed that the drug enhanced the activity of the myocardial superoxide dismutase (SOD), decreased the content of the myocardial malindialdehyd (MDA) and reduced the creatine kinase (CK) release. At the same time, the drug also improved significantly the contractile function (AP, LVSP, +dp/dtmax) and diastolic function (-dp/dtmax, LVEDP,T),as well as recovered the CO,CF, SV and HR of the isolated working heart of rats. It is suggested that the protective effects of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae on myocardial function during ischemic reperfusion injury might be due to their antilipid peroxidative inJury.
