老年糖尿病患者股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术围手术期的护理

目的：总结老年糖尿病患者股骨颈骨折后行髋关节置换术围手术期的护理经验，提高护理水平。方法：36例老年糖尿病患者股骨颈骨折后行髋关节置换术，不同治疗阶段采取有针对性的护理措施，特别是针对高血糖采取有效的护理措施。结果：本组无死亡及低血糖休克发生；术后切口表浅感染4例，肺部感染2例；无伤口感染导致手术失败的病例；无因护理不当造成其他并发症。结论：加强围手术期的观察和护理，对老年糖尿病患者股骨颈骨折患者顺利度过髋关节置换手术难关有重要作用。

Preoperative Nursing of Total Hip Arthroplasty for Fracture of the Femoral Neck Companied with Diabetes in the Aged

Objective To summarize preoperative nursing experience of total hip arihroplasty for fracture of the femoral neck companied with diabetes in the aged, and improve the nursing. Methods 36 cases of the aged, suffered total hip arthroplasty for fracture of the femoral neck companied with diabetes, were adopted pertinent nursing measure at different therapeutic stages, especially aimed at hyperglycaemia. Results All cases survived and no hypoglycaemia; 4 cases with superficial incision infection; 2 cases of pneumonia; no operative failure caused by incision infection; no other intercurrent disease for improper nursing measures. Conclusion It is important for total hip arthroplasty for fracture of the femoral neck companied with diabetes in the aged to receive preoperative observation and nursing.
