1037名在校大学生蠕形螨感染的调查

目的了解本地大学生蠕形螨感染状况,探讨蠕形螨感染与皮肤疾病的关系。方法采用透明胶带法对1037名在校大学生进行蠕形螨感染检查,同时观察其面部皮肤状况,询问与调查相关情况并记录于调查表内。结果本地大学生蠕形螨感染率为53.81%,其中男生感染率56.50%,女生感染率51.95%,两者之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);二年级、三年级、四年级学生感染率均大于一年级(P<0.01);面部有痤疮者、有脂溢性皮炎者、有毛囊炎或毛囊扩张者感染率均大于面部皮肤正常者(P<0.05);常混用他人日常用品者感染率大于不常混用他人日常用品者(P<0.05)。结论本地大学生蠕形螨感染较为普遍;蠕形螨感染可能是痤疮、脂溢性皮炎、毛囊炎等皮肤疾病的致病因素之一;通过日常用品间接感染可能是蠕形螨感染中一种重要方式。

The Investigation of Demodex Mites Infection among 1037 University Students of Zhangjiakou Medical College

Objective To investigate infection status of Demodex mites among the local university students and to explore the relationship between Demodex mites infection and dermatosis. Methods 1037 local university students were selected for the diagnosis of Demodex mite sinfection using transparent adhesive tape method. Facial skin of each student was examined and the related current situation was recorded. Results The infection rate of Demodex mites of the local university students was 53.81%(56.50% in male and 51.95% in female). There was no significant difference in the infection rate between male and female(P >0.05). The infection rate of the senior students was higher than that of the freshmen(P< 0.01). The infection rate of the students who had rulgaris, seborrheic dermatitis, folliculitis or ectatic folliculus pili was higher than the normal ones. The infection rate of the students who often shared toilet articles with others was higher than those who do not share. Conclusions The infection of Demodex mites was common in the local university and was likely the cause of dermatosis. The Demodex mite infection might be transmitted through sharing toilet articles with others.
