电化学发光法与ELISA测定乙肝表面抗体结果的比较

目的比较电化学发光法和酶联免疫法在定量检测乙肝表面抗体(HBsAb)中的应用。方法用E411化学发光分析仪及原装试剂,对180例患者血清用电化学发光法(ECLIA)和酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测HBsAb。结果 HBsAb浓度达到100 IU/L以上时ELISA法阳性结果与ECLIA法定量结果基本相符,阳性率达95.8%以上。HBsAb浓度为10.1~100.0 IU/L时ELISA的阳性率为21.2%。结论低度感染时ELISA法检测HBsAb的灵敏度较低,特异性高。中、高度感染时两种方法检测的敏感性相近。

Comparison of electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay and ELISA in detecting HBsAb

Objective To compare the electrochemical luminescence assay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in determination of hepatitis B surface antibody（HBsAb）. Methods the serum of 180 patients were tested for hepatitis B surface antibody（HBsAb） with ECLIA and ELISA, in which chemiluminescence analyzer and assay kit from Roche were applied.Results When HBsAb concentration was above 100 IU / L, the positive results of ELISA method were basically consistent with ECLIA method for the quantitative results, and the positive rate was more than 95.8%; when the concentration of HBsAb was 10.1~100.0 IU / L, the positive rate of ELISA was 21.2%. Conclusion Compared with ECLIA, the method of ELISA exhibit lower sensitivity but higher specificity. ECLIA can greatly improve the sensitivity in HBsAb detection.
