肾细胞癌及膀胱癌患者血清可溶性α-FR测定及临床意义

目的探讨可溶性α型叶酸受体(α-FR)在肾细胞癌及膀胱癌病人血清中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法经影像学及病理学确诊的肾细胞癌及膀胱癌病人分别为45例和30例,同时以23名正常人、30例泌尿系结石病人作阴性对照,采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测其血清可溶性α-FR水平。结果肾细胞癌及膀胱癌病人血清可溶性α-FR水平显著高于阴性对照组(t=9.01,P0.05),并且血清可溶性α-FR水平与肿瘤的TNM分期、病理分级显著相关(t=4.54,P0.05;t=2.45,P0.05),而与性别、年龄无明显相关性(P0.05)。结论血清可溶性α-FR具有作为肾细胞癌及膀胱癌一种新型肿瘤标志物的潜力,可能在疾病诊断及进展监测方面为临床医生提供一定的参考价值。

Clinical significance of detecting serum soluble α-FR level in renal cell carcinoma or bladder cancer patients

Objective To investigate the expression of soluble folate receptor alpha （α-FR） in the serum and its clinical significance in patients with renal cell carcinoma or bladder cancer. Methods Forty-five patients with renal cell carcinoma and thirty patients with bladder cancer were confirmed by imageology and pathology, urinary stone cases （30 cases） and healthy volunteers （23 cases） were included as control group. Their serum level of soluble α-FR was detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results The expression level of serum soluble α-FR was significantly higher in renal cell carcinoma or bladder cancer patients than those of the controls （t=9.01, P〈0.05）. Serum soluble α-FR level was associated with tumor stage and pathological grade（t=4.54,P〈0.05 ;t=2.45 ,P〈0.05）, but did not differ significantly in respect of age or gender（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The serum soluble α-FR have potential to be a candidate biomarker for renal cell carcinoma or bladder cancer, it may play a role in aspect of cancer diagnosis and evaluation for clinicians.
