摘    要:目的对龙岗区呼吸道病毒感染病例样品进行检测,并对其流行特征进行分析。方法在区内哨点医院采集呼吸道感染病例咽拭子889份,用实时荧光定量PCR法对流感病毒(A型、B型)、腺病毒(ADV)、人鼻病毒(HRV)、副流感病毒(PIV-1、PIV-2和PIV-3亚型)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV-A和RSV-B亚型)、冠状病毒(CoV-229E、CoV-OC43、CoVNL63和CoV-HKU1亚型)和人偏肺病毒(hMPV-A和hMPV-B亚型)共7种呼吸道病毒15个亚型进行检测。结果流感病毒是龙岗区最常见的呼吸道感染病原,其次是人鼻病毒;1~7月呼吸道病毒阳性率保持较高水平;≤5岁儿童对各种病毒易感;鼻病毒和腺病毒是混合感染中最常见的病原。结论应继续加强常见呼吸道病毒的监测,对呼吸道传染病的预防和控制具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To analyze respiratory virus infection status in Longgang district from July 2011 to June 2013, determine of the pathogen spectrum and analyze the epidemic features. Methods Total seven kinds of common respiratory viruses, influenza virus(FUL-A and FUL-B), adenovirus (ADV), human rhinovirus (HRV), parainfluenza virus (PIV-1, PIV-2 and PIV-3), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV-A and RSV-B ), coronavirus (CoV-229e, COV-OC43, CoV-NL63 and CoV-HKU1) and human metapneumovirus (hMPV-A and hMPV-B) were detected in 889 clinical swabs by real-time PCR. Results Influenza virus is the most common pathogen of respiratory tract infection in Longgang district from July 2011 to June 2013; second is the human rhinovirus. The positive rates of respiratory viruses were high from January to July. The children younger than five years old were susceptible of various kinds of respiratory virus infection. Human rhinovirus and adenovirus were the most frequently detected pathogens in mixed infection. Conclusion Continue to strengthen the survey of common respiratory viruses in respiratory tract infections is benefit to the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
