2009-2011年深圳龙岗吸毒人群行为特征及HIV感染状况分析

目的 了解深圳市龙岗区吸毒人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)流行趋势及其行为变化.方法 采用SPSS17.0统计软件对2009-2011年深圳市龙岗区吸毒人群艾滋病哨点监测资料进行分析.结果 共调查吸毒者1 214名,HIV年均感染率为2.31％,吸食海洛因毒品的比例呈逐年下降趋势(由64.75％下降至36.66％)(x2=75.27,P＜0.01),吸食新型毒品的比例呈逐年上升趋势(由17.50％上升至39.65％)(x2=36.42,P＜0.01).艾滋病知识年均知晓率为53.13％,呈上升趋势.注射毒品者中,有共用针具史者占45.49％.商业性乱行为中从未使用安全套的比例由2009年的25.64％上升至2011年的57.14％(x2=70.42,P＜0.01).结论 深圳市龙岗区HIV感染率总体处于低流行水平,但吸毒人群新型毒品流行迅速,需引起更多关注.

Analysis of HIV infection and behavior characteristics among drug users in Longgang district of Shenzhen from 2009 to 2011

Objective To know the trend of HIV infection and behavior change among drug users in Longgang district of Shenzhen, and provide basis for prevention of AIDS. Methods SPSS17.0 was adopted to analyze the HIV sentinel surveillance data from 2009 to 2011 in Longgang district of Shenzhen. Results There were 1 214 drug users surveyed from 2009 to 2011, with an average annual HIV infection rate of 2.31%, and the rate of heroin user declined year by year （declined from 64.75% to 36.66%）. The rate of the 2 new drugs users showed a rising trend year by year （rose from 17.50% to 39.65%）. The annual AIDS awareness rate was 53.13%, showing a rising trend year by year. The rate of the needle sharing among drug-injection users was 45.49%. The rate of never using condoms in commercial sexual promiscuity showed a rising trend year by year （rose from 25.64% to 57.14%）. Conclusion More attention should be paid on the use of the 2 new drugs in Longgang district of Shenzhen although the HIV infection rate of drug users remains on a low level.
