摘    要:目的 了解临床标本分离的肠球菌菌群分布及其耐药性情况。方法 用Vitek-AMS-60全自动细菌鉴定仪对肠球菌进行鉴定,用K-B法进行药敏试验。结果 652株肠球菌中粪肠球菌占81.7%,屎肠球菌占15.5%,其它肠球菌占2.8%;肠球菌的检出率以胆道最高(22.6%),呼吸系统次之(19.2%),泌尿系统为15.8%。肠球菌对抗生素的敏感率以替考拉宁最高(99.2%),其次为万古霉素(98.9%),屎肠球菌的耐药性明显高于粪肠球菌。结论 肠球菌以引起胆道系统感染最常见,对常用抗生素的敏感性以替考拉宁最高,其次为万古霉素。庆大霉素高水平耐药菌株(HLAR)耐药率明显高于低耐株。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of e nterococcus isolated from clinical specimens. Method Vitek-AMS-60 was used for identifying enterococcus and K-B method was used for drug sensitivity tests.Re sults Totally 652 strains of enterococcus were isolate, the isolation rates of E .faecalis, E.faecium and other kind of enterococcus were 81.7%,15.5%,2.8%re spectively. Enterococcus could infect different areas of the body. The most comm on site of isolation was biliary tract (22.6%) , respiratory tract(19.2%), and urinary tract (15.8%). Most of the enterococcus isolates were sensitive to tei coplanin and vancomycin, with the sensitive rates of 99.2%and 98.9%respectivel y. The antibotic resistance of E.faecium was obviously higher than E.faecalis. C onclusions Enterococcus is most common found in biliary tract. The enterococcus isolates were more sensitive to teicoplanin than vancomycin. The entercoccus str ains resistant to highlevel gentamycin was more drug resistance than those resis tant to lowlevel gentamycin.
