| 摘 要： | 目的了解在校大学生面部蠕形螨感染分布情况,为进一步做好学校卫生工作提供依据。方法采用透明胶带粘贴法对某高校在校542名大学生面部蠕形螨感染进行了抽样调查。结果该人群蠕形螨总感染率为35.79%,且男性感染率(42.97%)明显高于女性(29.03%,P<0.01);单纯毛囊蠕形螨(D.f型)、单纯皮脂蠕形螨(D.b型)与混合型感染三种类型均存在,以毛囊蠕形螨为主;蠕形螨的感染有聚集分布现象。结论加强大学生蠕形螨感染的群防群治工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide a basis for school health planning, and to analyze the facial demodex of college students.Method 542 college students in Dali district were investigated for the facial demodex by sticking scotch taps method.Results The total infection rate was 35 79%. The infection rate in male was 42 97%, which was much higher than that in female (29 03%, P< 0 01).The infection of Demodex fouiculorttm was higher than that of Demodex brivs. The infection of demodex had a tendency of clustering.Conclusion Further prevention and controlling of the facial demodex of the college students need to be strengthened. |
