不同年龄组肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床特征

目的 分析不同年龄组肺结核合并糖尿病住院患者的临床特点.方法 将126例肺结核合并糖尿病的住院患者分为老年组(≥60岁)和中青年组(30～59岁),观察两组糖尿病症状、肺结核症状、空腹血糖水平、痰涂片抗酸杆菌阳性(涂阳)结果和X线胸片表现等情况.结果 中青年组糖尿病症状和肺结核症状比老年组更明显；中青年组涂阳发生率高于老年组(76.5％比42.2％,P＜0.01),中青年组空洞发生率也高于老年组(84.0％比48.9％,P＜0.01),差异均有统计学意义；中青年组空腹血糖水平＞16.7 mmol/L的发生率高于老年组(45.7％比31.1％,P＞0.05),病灶所占5～6肺野发生率中青年组亦高于老年组(29.6％比22.2％,P＞0.05),但差异均无统计学意义.结论 老年组与中青年组肺结核合并糖尿病住院患者临床特征有所不同,中青年组较老年组的临床症状更严重.

Clinical analysis of inpatients suffer from pulmonary tuberculosis complicating diabetes in different age group

Objective To analysis the character of inpatients suffer from pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) complicating diabetes in different age group in the Third People’s Hospital of Shantou. Methods 126 inpatients suffer from pulmonary TB complicating diabetes were divided into old age group.(≥60 years).and young-middle age group.(30-59 years).The symptoms of diabetes and pulmonary TB,.fasting plasma glucose.(FPG),smear-positive of sputum and chest x-ray were observed..Results The symptoms of diabetes and pulmonary TB in young-middle age group were more obvious than old age group.The smear-positive rate in young-middle age group were significantly higher than those of old age group.(76.5% vs 42.2%,P<0.01),.and the frequency of cavity in young-middle age group were significantly higher than those of old age group (84.0% vs 48.9%,P<0.01).too..The incidence rates of FPG more than 16.7mmol/L of the young-middle age group and old age group were 45.7% and 31.1%,respectively without significant difference(P>0.05),and the incidence rates of lung lesions involoed with 5 to 6 lung fields were 29.6% and 22.2%,respectively without significant difference.(P>0.05).too..Conclusions The clinical characteristic of inpatients suffer from pulmonary TB complicating diabetes are different between old age group and young-middle age group. The young-middle age group is more typical than the old age group.
