| 摘 要： | 目的为了解我院心肺复苏(CPR)现状,分析影响心肺复苏成败的相关因素,探讨提高心肺复苏成功率的有效方法。方法对本院2002至2008年6年来记录完整的686例患者CPR资料进行回顾性研究。对疾病种类、CPR开始时间、复苏药物、电击除颤、气管插管、心肺复苏成功率及脑复苏成功率等数据进行统计与分析。结果创伤后CPR病例数量居首位;心脏停搏时间大于10min者CPR成功率明显低于10min内开始CPR者(P<0.05);322例复苏成功,CPR成功率为44.02%,24h生存率12.2%,脑复苏成功率仅5.4%;CPR成功率与心脏停搏时间、有无气管插管接呼吸机、有无早期电除颤等有关。结论CPR成功率较低,脑复苏成功率则极低,早期生命支持"生存链"未得到切实应用;尽早识别心跳骤停、及早CPR、及早气管插管和及早电击复律是心肺复苏成功的关键。
