针灸治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床观察

目的观察针灸胃三针配合灵骨穴治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法60例患者随机分为针灸组和西药组。针灸组采用针刺双侧内关和灵骨，温针灸中脘和双侧足三里；西药组采用多潘立酮口服。两组均治疗1个月后，观察比较消化不良症状积分、疗效指数和不良反应的差异。结果治疗后，针灸组和西药组的治愈率分别为26．7％和10．O％；总有效率分别为83．3％和80．0％，差异均无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；与治疗前比较，治疗后针灸组患者餐后饱胀不适、早饱、上腹痛和上腹烧灼感的症状积分均下降，而西药组患者除上腹痛症状积分外，其余积分也均下降（P〈0．05）。与西药组比较，针灸组患者上腹痛的症状改善更为明显（P〈O．05）；针灸组患者中，4例针刺穴位处出现血肿。西药组患者中，1例出现一过性皮疹，2例出现便秘。结论针灸疗法治疗功能性消化不良有独特之处，疗效较好，无不良反应，值得推广。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture for Treatment of Pi Wei Qi Deficiency Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncturing the 3 Gastric Points （Zhongwan, Zusanli and Neiguan） and Linggu points （Dong＇s extra-ordinary points） on functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group and western medicine group.The acupuncture group was treated by the acupuncture of two-sided Neiguan and Linggu and the warming acupuncture of Zhongwan and two-sided Zusanli. The western medicine group was treated by oral domperidone.After one month＇s treatment, the difference of score of digestion adverse symptoms,curative effect index and adverse reaction were observed and compared. Results After the treatment, the cure rate of acupuncture and western medicine group was 26.7% and 10.0% ,respectively.The general efficiency of acupuncture and western medicine treatments were 83.3% and 80.0%, respectively, showing no statistical significance difference （P〉0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the acupuncture group of the symptom integral of full bilge discomfort after dinner, early feel full, abdominal pain and epigastria burning sensation was decreased. However, in addition to the abdominal pain symptom integral, the other scores of western medicine group were also decreased （P〈0.05）.Compared with the western medicine group, the acupuncture group more obvious with improvement of abdominal pain symptoms （P〈O.O5）.Among the acupuncture group,four cases of acupuncture point appeared hematoma.However, one case of western medicine group appeared evanescent rash and two cases appeared constipation. Conclusion Acupuncture therapy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia have unique feature, good therapeutic effect and no adverse reaction, and is worth promoting.
