2005-2007年6409例孕妇梅毒感染状况

目的了解粤东地区2005-2007年妊娠期妇女梅毒感染的流行病学情况,探讨孕妇合并梅毒感染的危险性,为采取有针对性的防治措施提供实验依据。方法应用梅毒非特异性抗体快速血浆反应素试验(TRUST)对6409例产妇进行梅毒初筛检测,阳性标本再进行梅毒螺旋体乳胶凝集试验(TPPA)确证。结果6409例孕妇检出合并梅毒感染23例,感染率为0.35%,且有逐年增长的趋势。10名孕晚期梅毒孕妇所娩下的新生儿中有7例梅毒阳性,梅毒胎传率高达70%以上。结论粤东地区妊娠期妇女梅毒感染率逐年增长,宫内感染危害性很大,应加强产前梅毒筛检,及早发现及时治疗。

Analysis of Syphilis Infection Status in 6409 Pregnant Women Before Delivery during 2005-2007

Objective To investigate the prenatal syphilis infection status and analyze the risk factors in pregnant women in area of Yuedong and to provide experimental evidence for prevention and treatment of syphilis. Method Syphilis was detected by using TRUST and TPPA. Result There are 23 out of 6409 pregnant women were positive for syphilis (0.35%). 7 out of 10 infants born from whom were positive with a vertical transmission rate of 70%. Conclusion The prenatal infection rate of syphilis in area of Yuedong is high. In addition,there is vertical transmission of syphilis. Thus effective measures should be taken to protect the health of mothers and their babies.
