| 摘 要： | 目的：研究拳参正丁醇提取物的中枢抑制作用。方法：观察拳参正丁醇提取物对小鼠自发活动的影响和戊巴比妥钠阈上和阈下催眠剂量对小鼠睡眠时间的影响。结果：拳参正丁醇提取物对小鼠自发活动有明显抑制作用，能加速戊巴比妥钠的入睡时间和延长其睡眠时间，并与戊巴比妥钠有协同作用。结论：拳参正丁醇提取物具有明显的中枢抑制作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the central inhibitory effect of Polygonum bistorta L.N-Butyl alcohol extract.Methods:There were two kinds of methods.The first was about Polygonum bistorta L.n-Butyl alcohol extract decreasing the spontaneous activity by the hunged cage in mice;the second was its inducing the hypnotic effect of suprathreshold and subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium in mice.Results:Polygonum bistorta L.n-Butyl alcohol extract obviously inhibited the spontaneous activity in mice.It could shorten the hypnagogic time of pentobarbital sodium and prolong its hypnotic effect with pentobarbital sodium.Conclusion:Polygonum bistorta L.n-Butyl alcohol extract had the central inhibitory effect. |
