游泳对新生儿胆红素影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨游泳对新生儿胆红素的影响。方法:随机抽取16 0例新生儿分为研究组(游泳组) 80例和对照组(沐浴组) 80例,由专人对两组新生儿进行游泳,分别观察用经皮胆红素测定仪测定的胆红素(TrarsCutaneonsbil lirubin简称TCB)变化。结果:研究组TCB明显低于对照组,P <0 .0 1;研究组胎粪排出时间及胎粪转黄时间均短于对照组,P <0 .0 5及P <0 .0 1。结论:通过游泳可以促进胎粪的排出,促进胎粪转黄,较快地降低新生儿血胆红素,减少高胆红素血症的发生与发生的程度和时间。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of swimming on neonatal jaundice.Method:73 term newborns were picked out and divided into two groups randomly:the study group (swimming group) including 30 cases and the control group (bathing group)including 42 cases.The newborns in the study group swarm arranged for special nurses.The alternation of their transcutaneous billirubin (TCB) was detected by the TCB detector.Result:The TCB level in the study group was lower than that in the control group significantly (P<0.01).Furthermore,the time of first defecation and turing yellow in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Swimming can hasten the first defecation,reduce neonatal blood billirubin rapidly and abate the incidence and severity of hyperbilirubinemia.
