| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨闭合复位防旋股骨近端髓内钉（PFNA）内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：对闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折26例的疗效进行回顾性分析。骨折按AO分类标准,A1型5例,A2型12例,A3型9例,均为闭合性骨折。分析患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合情况及Sanders评分评估患髋功能。结果：手术时间35-80min,平均52min,术中出血量100-350ml,平均180ml,平均随访10个月,骨折均愈合,Sanders髋关节评分标准,优23例,良3例。结论：闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切,操作简单,创伤出血少,固定牢靠,有助于术后早期功能锻炼,利于膝关节功能的恢复。
