| 摘 要： | 目的：为选择鼻内镜术后良好的填塞止血材料。方法：比较鼻内镜术后应用Sorbalgon藻酸钙敷料和凡士林纱条填塞鼻腔的止血效果及填塞后鼻腔局部反应情况。结果：应用Sorbalgon藻酸钙敷料在鼻内镜术后填塞鼻腔的止血效果好；鼻腔疼痛及头痛程度轻（P〈0．05）；抽取填塞物时鼻出血少（P〈0．01）；术后鼻腔黏膜水肿反应轻，对术腔上皮化无明显影响。结论：Sorbalgon藻酸钙敷料是一种良好的鼻内镜术后鼻腔填塞止血材料。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore an efficient nasal cavity packing material after endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS).Methods:60 patients with chironic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery were divided randomly into two groups: the Sorbalgon and the Vaseline gauze strip were packed in the nasal cavity respectively.The hemostasia effect and nasal responses in the two groups were compared.Results:In Sorbalgon to pack the nasal cavity in ESS,there was a good hemostasia effect,only gently nasal cavity pain and headache(P<0.05),few bleeding was taken after nasal wadding drawn out(P<0.01),and the nasal mucosa had less edema.Conclusion:Sorbalgon is a satisfactory nasal packing hemostasia material in ESS. |
