| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医辨证分型治疗与中医结合西酞普兰治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）伴抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将49例溃疡性结肠炎伴抑郁症患者随机分为对照组24例和治疗组25例，对照组予单纯中医辨证分型治疗；治疗组予中医辨证分型加西酞普兰治疗，疗程8周，比较2组疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率36．0％，总有效率92．0％；对照组治愈率20．8％，总有效率66．7％。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中医辨证分型结合西酞普兰治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）伴抑郁症的疗效优于中医内科常规辨证分型治疗。
