关节镜清理配合中药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

目的：分析关节镜清理配合中药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效，总结钟广玲主任医师治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的经验。方法：将114例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分成2组，治疗组61例关节镜清理配合中药治疗，对照组53例关节镜清理治疗，比较治疗效果。结果：治疗组优31例，良18例，中10例，差2例；对照组优15例，良21例，中11例，差6例，治疗组与对照组疗效比较，P〈0．05。结论：利用关节镜清理治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有较好的疗效，术后配合中药治疗有利于疗效的提高。

Arthroscopy Combined With Traditional Chinese Herbal in the Treatment of the Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:the purpose of the study is to evaluate the clinical results of the treatment of the Arthroscopy combined with traditional Chinese herbal for the knee osteoarthritis,to summarize the experience of chief phyisician Mr zhong treating the knee osteoarthritis.Methods:114 in-patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled in series,which was randomly divided into two groups,total 61cases in the treat group was treated with therapy of arthroscopy combined with traditional Chinese herbal,total 53 cases in the placebo group was treated only with arthroscopy.Result:In the treat group:excellent 31 cases;good 18 cases;medium18 cases;poor 2cases,In the placebo group: excellent 15 cases;good 21 cases;medium 11cases;poor 6 cases,There was significant difference of some indicators between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is concluded that the arthroscopy combined with traditional Chinese herbalis an excellent alternative for the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis,it is helpful to make the use of the Chinese herbal after the operation.
