五加生化胶囊联合催产素用于药物流产的临床观察

目的：观察五加生化胶囊联合催产素用于药物流产的临床效果。方法：将自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女随机分成观察组（350例）和对照组（342）例。观察组常规服用米非司酮和米索前列醇，并于服用第3天米索前列醇前0.5 h加服五加生化胶囊（6粒·次^-1，Bid）5天。B超确诊绒毛排出后连续3天肌注催产素（10 u·次^-1，每天2次）。对照组仅服用米非司酮和米索前列醇。结果：观察组完全流产率高，流产后出血量、出血时间及月经复潮时间优于对照组（ P﹤0.05，或P﹤0.01）。结论：五加生化胶囊联合催产素可减少药物流产后出血量多、出血时间长，提高完全流产率，缩短了流产后月经复潮时间，值得临床应用。

Study on WuJiaShengHua capsule combined Oxytocin for First Trimester Medical Abortion

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of WuJiaShenghua capsule combined with Oxytocin during medical abortin. Methods：Early pregnant women presenting for medical abortion were randomly allocated into the treatment group received mifepriston and misoprostol routinely. In addition,WuJiaShenghua capsule was given 5 consecutive days . Ultrasound disagnosis of villi discharge injection of oxytocin for 3 consecutive days. Women in the control group just received mifepristone and misoprostol routinely. Results：In comparison with the control group,the complete abortion rate was high-er（P﹤0. 05）,the amount of blood loss was less,the duration of vaginal bleeding was shorter and the menstrual double tide time was shorter in the treatment group（P﹤0. 01）. Conclusion：The use of WuJiaShenghua capsule combined with Oxytocin for first trimester medical abortion could elevate the complete abortion rate after usual schedule of medical abortion,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,shorten the bleeding time and the menstrual double tide time after abortin. It is worthy of clinical application.
