中药熏蒸治疗下肢骨折后膝关节僵硬临床观察

目的：中药熏蒸治疗下肢骨折后膝关节功能障碍住院患者的疗效观察。方法：自拟中药熏蒸方,药水与水混合后加入熏蒸仪药缸中,对准膝关节部位喷中药蒸汽30min,熏蒸结束后立即在患者对于疼痛的忍受范围之24例,中17例,差5例,其中优良率达55%,优良中比例达89%。结论：中药熏蒸治疗下肢骨折后关节僵硬疗效满意。

Clinical Observation of Chinese Herb Fumigation Therapy on Ankylosis of Knee Joint after Lower Limb Fracture

Objective：To study the effect of Chinese herb fumigation on ankylosis of knee joint after lower limb fracture.Methods：First,we created a special Chinese medicinal formulae,then we mixed the liquid medicine with water,and put them to a instrument of fumigation,after the vapour was created,we concentered the vapour towards the affected joint for about 30 min,after the fumigation,Joint Loosening Training was practiced immediately,finally,we use HSS to value the therapeutic efficacy of every patients.Result：There are 49 cases,in 3 cases,the therapeutic efficacy was very good,in 24 cases,the therapeutic efficacy was good,and 17 cases,the therapeutic efficacy was passable,but there were 5 cases got bad therapeutic efficacy,the total effective rate was 89%.Conclusion：Chinese herb fumigation is an effective therapy to treat ankylosis of the knee joint.
