| 摘 要： | 简要阐述糖尿病肾病后期出现双下肢水肿的病因病机,作者根据临床经验,并结合典型病案分析,认为该期辨证属脾肾阳虚型,采取中西医结合治疗。中医治疗予以温阳利水、标本兼治之五皮饮合实脾饮加减,西医辅予控制血糖、血压、血脂及蛋白质摄入,能够缓解水肿,较少蛋白尿,从而保护肾脏,使病情得到有效的控制。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly expounds the pathogeny and pathogenesis of double legs edema due to diabetic nephropathy in advanced stage, according to the clinical experience, and combined with typical case analysis, it thinks this period is spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, and the combination of TCM and western medicine therapy should be used. To warm yang and induce diuresis, Wupiyin together with Shipiyin should be used, western medicine is to control blood glucose, blood pressure, blood fat and protein intake, so as to alleviate edema, reduce proteinuria and protect kidney, and control the disease development. |
