中医康复护理对于脑卒中患者功能康复的影响

目的：观察脑卒中偏瘫患者早期中医康复干预的临床效果。方法：选取2011—2013年进行康复治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例,A组行常规护理,B组在此基础上行中医康复护理。结果：B组患者功能恢复有所优于A组,B组肌肉痉挛及关节脱位明显少于A组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施中康复护理,可降低致残率,提高患者生存质量。

TCM Rehebiliation Nursing on Function Recovery of Stroke Patients

Objective：To observe the effect of traditional rehabilitation intervention on cerebral apoplexy patients.Methods：100 cerebral apoplexy patients were randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.A group underwent routine nursing,while B group on this basis took early traditional rehabilitation nursing.Result：B group＇s patients were significantly better than A group＇s,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation of early traditional rehabilitation nusring can reduce morbidity,and improve the quality of life in stroke patients.
