摘    要:目的:建立花叶假杜鹃中总黄酮含量的测定方法,并测定其含量。方法:采用超声提取法,以80%乙醇为提取溶剂提取药材中黄酮类成分,以紫外-可见分光光度法于510 nm处测定其吸光光度,建立标准曲线,计算总黄酮含量。结果:以芦丁为对照品,总黄酮在0.02502~0.08340 mg.mL-1浓度范围内符合Beer定律,回归方程为A=10.339 C+0.0115(r=0.9996);平均加样回收率为96.2%(RSD=2.65%);得花叶假杜鹃每克生药中总黄酮平均含量为47.797 mg。结论:利用紫外分光光度法测定花叶假杜鹃中总黄酮的含量,简便快速且有良好的稳定性、准确性和重现性,可用于药材的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method on determination of total flavones in Barleria lupurina Lindl., and its content. Methods : The flavonoids were extracted with the ultrasonic extraction method in the aqueous solution of 80% ethanol.The absorptiometry was measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometry in the wavelength of 510 nm to establish a standard curve.Then, the total flavones content was calculated with the standard curve. Results : Using rutin as comparison sample, the result showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.02502-0.08340 mg· mL-1 , and the curve was A=10.339 C+0.0115 ( r=0.9996 ) .The average recovery was 96.2% and RSD was 2.65% ( n=5 ) .There were 47.797 mg total flavones in every gram of Barleria lupulina. Conclusion : UV-Vis spectrophotometry can be used to measure the content of total flavones in Barleria lupulina Lindl..The method is simple and fast with good stability, accuracy and repeatability, and can be used for quality control of herbal medicine.
