解毒饮治疗湿热中阻型慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的：观察解毒饮治疗湿热中阻型慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为3组，基础治疗组40例用注射用还原型谷胱甘肽联合甘草酸二铵治疗，甘露消毒丹组40例用甘露消毒丹治疗，解毒饮组40例用解毒饮治疗，治疗2个月后比较3组患者的治疗效果。结果：3组均能明显改善患者的临床症状、肝功能，3组对比无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；甘露消毒丹组、解毒饮组能改善肝纤维化，且具有一定的抗病毒作用，两者之间对比有显著性差异（P〈0．05），两者与基础治疗组对比有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：解毒饮治疗湿热中阻型慢性乙型肝炎，可显著改善患者的临床症状，促进肝功能的恢复，抗肝纤维化，抑制HBV复制。

Conclusion： Detoxification treatment of damp-heat in the resistive-type drink with chronic hepatitis B, can significantly improve clinical symptoms and promote recovery of liver function, anti-liver fibrosis, inhibit HBV replication.
