健康教育路径对2型糖尿病患者自我效能感及依从性的影响

目的：探讨健康教育路径对社区2型糖尿病患者自我效能感和饮食治疗依从性的影响。方法：对100例社区2型糖尿病患者,在实施健康教育路径前后采用一般自我效能感量表（GSES）、自行设计的饮食治疗依从性调查表进行评定。结果：实施健康教育路径前后2次评定GSES差异有显著性（P〈0.01）,饮食治疗依从性差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。GSES与饮食治疗依从性有显著的正相关（r=0.567,P〈0.01）。结论：健康教育路径可增强2型糖尿病患者的自我效能感,是提高饮食治疗依从性,控制血糖水平,延缓疾病发展的有效方法之一。

Path of Health Education in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Self-Efficacy and Compliance

Objective ： To explore the path to community health education in patients with type 2 diabetes self-efficacy and dietary treatment compliance impact. Methods： In 100 cases of community patients with type 2 diabetes, the path in the implementation of health education before and after the General Self-Efficacy Scale （GSES）, a self-designed diet treatment compliance questionnaire to be assessed. Results： The implementation of health education path two times before and after the assessment of GSES significant difference （P〈0.01）, dietary differences in treatment compliance was significantly （P〈0.01）. GSES and diet treatment compliance there is a significant positive correlation （r = 0.567, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Path can enhance health education in patients with type 2 diabetes self-efficacy, treatment compliance is to improve the diet, control blood sugar levels, slow down progression of the disease and effective methods.
