香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良的Meta分析

目的：评价香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效。方法：通过计算机检索中文数据库,收集香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良临床研究。按纳入及排除标准筛选文献,采用Jadad质量评分表对文献进行评价,提取有效数据,用RevMan5.0软件包进行统计分析。结果：临床治疗有效率：异质性检验P〉0.1,表明研究数据具有同质性,故采用固定效应模式。合并效应量RR=1.21,95%CI（1.14,1.29）;合并效应量的检验Z=11,P〈0.00001。表明香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良总效率相对西药有明显优势。漏斗图显示不对称,提示纳入评价的文献存在发表性偏倚。结论：香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效明显优于西药治疗。

A Meta-Analysis of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods： By using computer retrieval Chinese database, the obtained references were screened for clinical trials on the introduction of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in therapy of functional dyspepsia. All reviewed literatures were assessed via Jadad quality scale. Data statistical analyses were performed by RevManS.2 software. Results ： Clinical efficient ： since test for heterogeneity ： P〉0.1, it indicated the data had homogeneity, so we used the fixed effect model. RR=1.21,95% （ 1.14, 1.29 ）; Z= 11, 1 P〈0.00001. It meant that Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction treatment for functional dyspepsia in improving clinical efficient had obvious advantages compared with western medicine. Funnel plot was asymmetric, which indicated ipublication bias. Conclusion：Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction treatment for functional dyspepsia shows curative effect, and there are obvious advantages compared with western medicine.
