消异方对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠NGF表达的影响

目的：观察消异方对子宫内膜异位症大鼠异位内膜NGF表达的影响,初步探讨消异方治疗子宫内膜异位症的机制。方法：采用自体手术移植法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,随机分为模型组、米非司酮组、散结镇痛胶囊组、消异方低、中、高剂量组。造模成功各组给药4周,免疫组化方法检测大鼠异位子宫内膜组织NGF的表达情况。结果：模型组异位内膜中NGF的表达水平明显高于米非司酮组、散结镇痛胶囊组和中药消异方各剂量组（P〈0.05）。结论：消异方能降低大鼠子宫内膜NGF的含量,抑制异位内膜生成,以达到预防和治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用。

Effect of Xiaoyifang on Expression of NGF in Endometriosis Model Rats

Objective ： To study the mechanism of Xiaoyifang in the treatment of endometriosis through observing the effect of Xiaoyifang on the expression of NGF in the endometriosis model rats. Method ： The rats were randomized into model group, mifepristone group, Sanjiezhentong capsule group, Xiaoyifang small-dose group, Xiaoyifang medium-dose group, Xiaoyifang large-dose group after modeling by transplantation of autologous operation.The expression of NGF in ectopic endometrinm was observed by immunohistochemical technique after 4-week administration. Results： Comparing with the model group, there were significant differences in the expression of NGF in ectopic endometrium in the mifepristone group, Sanfiezhentong capsule group, Xiaoyifang small-dose group, Xiaoyifang medium-dose group and Xiaoyifang large-dose group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Xiaoyifang can prevent and treat endometriosis by reducing the content of NGF in endometrium, restraining the ectopic endometrium of rats.
