| 摘 要： | 目的：建立清肺抑火口腔喷雾剂中栀子苷和黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法,以依利特C18柱（4.6mm×200mm,5μm）分离,以乙腈-水（11∶89）和甲醇-水-磷酸（45∶55∶0.2）为流动相,238nm和280nm为检测波长,流速1.0mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果：栀子苷和黄芩苷分别在1.19~3.95μg（r=0.9998）和1.61~5.63μg（r=0.9998）范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.62%（RSD=1.70%）和100.32%（RSD=1.58%）。结论：该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可作为清肺抑火口腔喷雾剂中栀子苷和黄芩苷含量的测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determining geniposide and baicalin in Qingfei Yihuo oral spray.Methods：The analysis was carried out with a Elite C18（4.6mm×200mm,5μm）column and the mobile phase of methyl cyanides-water（11∶89）and methanol-water-phosphoric acid（45∶55∶0.2）,respectively.The flow-rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and column temperrature was 30℃.The detection wavelengths were set at 283nm and 230nm,respectively.Results：The calibration curves were linear within the range of 1.19~3.95μg（r = 0.9998）and 1.61~5.63μg（r = 0.9998）for geniposide and baicalin,respectively.The average recoveries were 100.62% and 100.32% for geniposide and baicalin,respectively.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and sensitive for determination of geniposide and baicalin in Qingfei Yihuo oral spray. |
