眼针划区埋线治疗顽固性呃逆症状控制临床观察

目的：观察眼针划区埋线治疗顽固性呃逆（IH）症状控制的疗效。方法：IH患者100例,以随机数字表法分为4组,其中穴位注射组25例,以阿托品注射足三里穴治疗;眼针组25例,在3、5、7区电针治疗;眼针划区埋线组25例,在3、5、7区埋线治疗;传统针灸组25例,以传统体穴电针、神灯照射及拔罐治疗。各组分别治疗观察5天后,统计疗效,并加以比较。结果：对IH症状控制,眼针划区埋线治疗与其它三种方法相比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：对IH的症状控制,眼针划区埋线治疗优于穴注注射、眼针、传统针灸治疗。

Observation of Symptom Control of/ntractable Hiccup Treatment of Catgut-Embedding in the Ocular Acupuncture Area

Objective：Efficacy observation of symptom control of intractable hiccup（IH） treatment of catgut-embedding in the ocular acupuncture area was made.Methods：100 cases of IH patients were divided into 4 groups according to random number table.In the acupoint injection group,25 cases were injected with atropine in Zusanli;In group of ocular acupuncture area,25 cases were treated with electrical acupuncture in the 3,5,7 areas;In the group of catgut-embedding in the ocular acupuncture area,25 cases were catgut-embedded in the 3,5,7 areas;And in the traditional acupuncture group,25 cases were treated with electrical acupuncture in acupoints,TDP irradiation as well as cupping.After 5ds of respective treatments and observations in the 4 groups,the effects were counted and compared.Results：For symptom control of IH treatments,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）between catgut-embedding in ocular acupuncture area and 3 other ways.Conclusion：For IH symptom control,the efficacy of catgut-embedding in ocular acupuncture area was superior to acupoints injection,acupuncture in ocular acu-area and traditional acupuncture.
