| 摘 要： | 目的：观察生物反馈配合麦粒灸疗法治疗功能性便禁的临床疗效。方法：选择符合功能性便失禁症状患者15例,运用生物反馈配合麦粒灸疗法方法治疗,所有病例1周治疗5次,共治疗2～4周。结果：运用生物反馈配合麦粒灸疗法治疗后患者便失禁评分明显减低,均较治疗前有明显改善。结论：生物反馈配合麦粒灸疗法治疗功能性便失禁有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the clinical effect of biofeedback and wheat grain moxibustion for treatment of functional fecal incontinence.Methods：To treat Fifteen Cases of functional fecal incontinence by biofeedback and wheat grain moxibustion.For treatment five times a week,about two-four weeks.Result：The score of fecal incontinence was obviously reduced after treatment by biofeedback and wheat grain moxibustion.All the cases were obviously improved than before treatment.Conclusion：The clinical effect of functional fecal incontinence is good by biofeedback and wheat grain moxibustion. |
