| 摘 要： | “开闺枢”理论不仅指导着古代中医临床实践，而且是现代人体保健、养生祛病的重要依据。文章探讨了以下3个方面问题：（1）《伤寒论》“开阖枢”与《内经》“开阖枢”的联系与区别；（2）开和关之争；（3）枢经概念的提出，及少阴枢与厥阴枢之争。

| Abstract: | ＂Axis Kai-he Meridians＂ theory not only guides ancient Chinese medicine clinical practice, but also it is an important basis for the modem human health care. In this article we discussed the following three aspects： （ 1 ）The relationship and difference of Treatise on Cold-induced Disease and Huangdi＇s Internal Classics ; （ 2 ） The debate of the name ＂kai-he＂ or ＂Guan-he＂ ; （ 3 ） Proposing the concept of Axis meridians, and the debate of the name ＂Axis Shao-yin＂ or ＂Axis Jue-yin＂ . |
