| 摘 要： | 目的：观察阳和汤对膝骨性关节炎患者血清和关节滑液中基质金属蛋白酶-3（matrix metalloproteinase-3,MMP-3）的影响。方法：60例膝骨性关节炎患者予阳和汤治疗8周,治疗前、后分别测定患者血清和关节滑液中MMP-3的水平。结果：经阳和汤治疗后,膝骨性关节炎患者血清和关节滑液中MMP-3水平与治疗前比较显著下降（P〈0.01）。结论：阳和汤可通过调节MMP-3水平,抑制软骨细胞外基质中胶原的降解而发挥治疗骨性关节炎的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate the effect of yanghe decoction on the level of MMP-3 in in serum and synovial fluid of patients with osteoarthritis＇ Methods ： 60 patients, with knee osteoarthritis were treated with yanghe decoction for 8 continuous weeks. Before and after treatment fastinn blood and svnovial fluid samples to detect the level of MMP-3. Result ： The level of MMP-3 after treatment in serum and synovial fluid significantly lower than those before treatment. Conclusion： Yanghe decoction may be beneficial in thetreatment of osteoarthritis by adjusting the level of MMP-3. |
