ACE I/D基因多态性与高血压中医证型的相关性

目的：研究ACEI/D基因多态性与高血压中医证型的相关性。方法：采用多聚酶链聚合反应（PCR）方法对ACEI/D进行检测,住院原发性高血压（EH）患者337例,其中男145例,女192例,高血压中医证型与ACEI/D基因多态性相关分析用卡方（χ2）检验。结果：各证候组基因型和等位基因频率均符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律,基因型和等位基因分布频率男女组间比较,痰湿壅盛、阴虚阳亢、阴阳两虚组男女分布差异无显著性,而肝火亢盛组DD基因型频率女性高于男性,差异具有统计学意义（χ2=8.511,P=0.014）。男女分组比较,女性高血压证候组DD基因型频率肝火亢盛〉阴虚阳亢〉痰湿壅盛〉阴阳两虚,χ2检验显示差异具有显著性（χ2=12.892,P=0.045）。男性高血压证候各组基因型和等位基因I/D频率分布无显著性差异。结论：ACEI/D基因多态性对证候的影响存在性别差异,DD基因型与女性高血压中医证候相关。中医证候分型可能存在一定的分子遗传学基础,遗传体质与证候发展可能具有潜在的倾向性。

On the Association between the I/D Polymorphism of ACE Gene and the TCM Syndrome Type in Essential Hypertension

Objective：To investigate the association between the I/D polymorphism of ACE and the TCM Syndrome Type in Essential Hypertension Patients.Methods ：ACE I/D genotyping with polymerase chain reaction（PCR）was performed on 337 essential hypertensive subjects（145 male and 192 female）.The possible association between the I/D polymorphism of ACE and the TCM Syndrome Type in Essential Hypertension was tested by χ2 tests.Results ：All groups were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.There was no significant difference in the genotypes and allele of ACE I/D between man and woman in Accumulation of Sputum Wetness,Deficiency of Yin-Yang Yin Deficiency and Overwhelming Yang groups.The DD genotype frequencies in female is significantly higher than that in male in the Overabundant Liver-Fire group（χ2=8.511,P=0.014）.According to gender grouping,the DD genotype frequencies in female patients Overabundant Liver-Fire Yin Deficiency and Overwhelming Yang Accumulation of Sputum Wetness Deficiency of Yin-Yang ：χ2 test suggested a significant difference（χ2=12.892,P=0.045）.There was no significant difference in the genotypes and allele of ACE I/D in TCM Syndrome Type groups in male.Conclusion ：The effect of the ACE I/D polymorphism on TCM Syndrome Type was related with gender.ACE DD genotype was significantly associated with the TCM Syndrome Types of female patients in Essential Hypertension.It is possible that the TCM Syndrome Typing has molecular genetics underpinnings.The genetic constitution may have latent impact on the development of the TCM Syndrome Type.
