| 摘 要： | 急性心肌梗死合并室间隔穿孔病死率高,主要表现为胸痛突然加重,心悸、气短,不能平卧,伴颈静脉怒张和肝大等严重的右心及左心衰休克。本科收治一位此病变患者且高龄,合并糖尿病。共住院215天,经历了危重期、缓解期、恢复期、康复期。通过精心的治疗和护理,康复出院。

| Abstract: | Complications of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）with mechanical defects are associated with poor prognosis.He patient was ventricular septal rupture complicating acute myocardial,diabetes,eld.mortality was high.ventricular septal rupture appeared 1 week after primary percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.The patient showed chest pain,cardiopalmus,short breath,Inability prostration,Jugular varicosity,hepataure,etc.Heart failure emerged.hospital time was 215 days.The patient lived through the period of danger,paracmasis,convalescence in my therapy and attendance,in end rehabilitation discharge. |
