润肠丸提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选研究润肠丸的提取溶剂和提取工艺条件。方法:用小肠推进实验筛选比较方剂水提物和乙醇提取物的推进率,以浸膏得率和大黄素提取率为指标,采用正交实验优化合理的提取工艺参数。结果:其中以水提物小肠推进率最大,最佳提取工艺为提取3次,每次分别加6倍水,每次提取1.5h。结论:确定的提取工艺能使有效成分充分提取,保证药效与制剂稳定。

Abstract:Objective:To select the extraction solvent and conditions of RunChang Pill.Methods:The small intestine propulsion method is selected to compare the effects of the water extract and the alcohol extract,orthogonal design was used to optimize the reasonable extraction conditions with the evaluation markers such as naringin extraction rate and water extract.Results:The extracti on conditi ons were as follows:the amount of water is 6 times as much as materials,the extracting times is 3,the time of decotion is 1.5 hours.Conclution:The extraction conditions established can make the extraction rate of active components high and make the therapy and quality optimal.
