推拿手法配合眼针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

目的：观察推拿手法配合眼针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果,并探讨该疗法的作用机理。方法：90例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组各45例,治疗组采用推拿手法配合眼针治疗,对照组睡前口服西比灵胶囊5mg,以上两组治疗均每日1次,10天为1个疗程。共治疗2个疗程后评价临床疗效和TCD复查椎基底动脉供血改善情况。结果：在临床总有效率（分别为91.1%和75.6%）及椎基底动脉供血情况（分别为86.7%和71.1%）方面,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：推拿手法配合眼针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效确切,可明显改善患者椎基底动脉供血不足症状,其作用机理可能为：通过针刺推拿手法刺激颈项部相关穴位和肌肉、经筋系统,可疏通经络、调节气血循环,调整脏腑功能,缓解头项部血管痉挛,改善脑组织缺氧状态,从而缓解头晕头痛等症状。

Combinations of Manipulation Technique and Eye Acupuncture Treat Cervical Vertebral Artery Spondylosis

Objective：Observation of the clinical therapeutic effects of the combinations of manipulation technique and eye acupuncture to treat cervical vertebral artery,and to explore the mechanism of this therapy.Method：90 cases of cervical vertebral artery spondylosis were randomly divided into 2 groups.One group of 45 patients were treated with acupuncture massage with eye acupuncture.At the same time,other 45 patients ate sibelium capsules 5mg before going to bed.These two groups were treated once a day,10 days for a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy and TCD review vertebrobasilar improve the situation.Results：The total effective rate（91.1%and 75.6%）and vertebrobasilarcases（respectively 86.7%and 71.1%）in the treatment group is better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The combinations of manipulation technique and eye acupuncture treat cervical vertebral artery spondylosis is effective,and significantly improves the symptoms of vertebral basilar insufficiency.
