仙方活命饮内服外灌治疗腹腔炎性包块临床观察

目的：应用仙方活命饮加减内外合治腹腔炎性包块,并与传统消炎药物静滴疗法作对比。方法：将各种腹腔炎性包块86例随机分好治疗组（45例）和对照组（41例）。治疗组采用仙方活命饮内服配合保留灌肠,对照组静滴消炎营养支持及清热解毒药物。结果：治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：仙方活命饮内外合治疗效优于对照组,无明显副作用。

Observation of Treatment of Inflammatory Abdomianl Bump by Oral and Enema Use of Xianfang Huoming Yin

Objective：To apply Xianfang Huoming Yin to treat the inflammatory abdomianl bump by means of oral and enema use and compare with the traditional method of vein infusion of inflammation dimminishing medicine.Method：The random division of 86 cases of abdomianl bumps into treatment group（45 members） and control group（41members）.The treatment group adopts the Xianfang Huoming Yin to treat the inflammatory abdomianl bump by means of oral and enema use while the control group uses the traditional vein infusion of inflammation dimminishing medicine.Results：The treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion：The treatment of the inflammatory abdomianl bump by the oral and enema use of Xianfang Huoming Yin is better than control group and has no sides effects.
