目的：概述常用中药丹参的主要化学成分及其药理活性作用。方法：通过大量文献调研和检索概述丹参的化学成分与药理活性的研究进展。结果：丹参中主要含有丹参酮和丹酚酸两大类化合物,具有抗肿瘤,抗菌消炎,抗过敏,调节组织修复与再生,抗脂质过氧化和清除自由基等多种药理活性。结论：丹参具有多种化学成分,并在临床应用方面有广泛的药理活性。

Advancement on the Pharmacological Active Constituents of Salvia Miltiorrhiza

Objective：To investigate the chemical constituents and bioactivities of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods：Literature research and retrieval of a large number of chemical constituents of Salvia outlined in pharmacological activity and progress.Results：The chemical constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza include essential tanshinone and salvianolic acid.They possess the diverse biological activities including antitumor,anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory,anti-allergy,regulating tissue repairation and regeneration,antilipid peroxidation and free radical scavenging a variety of pharmacological activities.Conclusion：Salvia miltiorrhiza have a lot of chemical constituents which possesses many bioactivities and clinical applications in pharmacological activity.
