| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺在治疗痤疮中的作用。方法：将84例患者随机分为两组，观察组41例采用针刺法治疗，对照组43例采用西药治疗。结果：观察组总有效率为87．8％，对照组总有效率为70．2％，经统计学处理，P〈0．01，差异具有显著性意义。结论：针刺法治疗痤疮，不但效果优于对照组，且较对照组具有安全，副作用小等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective. To investigate the effect of acupuncture in treating ache.Methods ： 84 patients with acne were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,The treatment group of 41 cases was treated with acupuncture and the control group of 43 cases, with medical.Results ： The total efficacy rate and cure rate were 87.8% respectively in the treatment group were 70.2%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion ： Acupuncture has an exact therapeutic effect on acne .without toxic side effects. |
