自拟补肾活血温经通络汤治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

目的：观察评价自拟补肾活血温经通络汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效．并与筋骨痛消丸作比较。方法：将283例患者随机分为治疗组152例，治疗组给予补肾活血温经通络汤治疗。对照组131例，给予筋骨痛消丸治疗，疗程均为3个月，观测对膝关节疼痛，活动范围及可行走距离等。结果：治疗组有效率及优良率优于对照组。结论：补肾活血温经通络汤可以有效治疗膝骨性关节炎，显示了中医整体观辨证论治理念的优势。

Clinical Observation on Osteoarthritis of Articular Genu Treated by Invigorating the Kidney,Warming and Activating Meridian Soup

Objective： To observe and evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of invigorating the kidney, warming and activating meridian soup in treating osteoarthritis of articular genu, and compare to Jingutongxiao Pill. Mothods ： 283 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 152 patients in treatment group were treated with invigorating the kidney, warming and activating meridian soup, 131 patients in control group were treated with Jinggutongxiao Pill, 30 days as one course. To observe pain of articular genu, home range, walking distance. Results： The effective power and fineness rate of treatment group is higher than control group. Conclusion： Invigorating the kidney, warming and activating meridian soup could treat osteoarthritis of articular genu effectively, showed the predominance of traditional Chinese whole view of determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs.
