慢性乙型肝炎青年女性妊娠后HBV—DNA表达及T淋巴细胞亚群变化的观察

目的：观察慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）青年女性患者妊娠后HBV—DNA表达及T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及意义。方法：用流式细胞术检测外周单个核细胞的CD4＋、CD8＋分子表达情况；同时用荧光PCR法检测CI-IB青年女性患者妊娠前后血清HBV—DNA的含量。结果：妊娠前后T淋巴细胞亚群变化差异无显著性（P〉0．05），而HBV—DNA表达在怀孕前后有显著性差异（P〈0．05）结论：慢性乙型肝炎患者机体存在免疫功能调控失衡，慢性乙型肝炎青年女性患者妊娠前后T淋巴细胞亚群变化无明显意义；动态观察HBV—DNA水平，有助于判断慢性乙型肝炎青年女性妊娠后肝脏病变程度。

Objective：To observe chronic hepatitis B （CHB）youth female patient gravidity after HBV- DNA expressing and T-lymphocyte B group change significance.Methods： The flow cytometry test peripheral blood mononuclear cells of CD4＋,CD8＋ expression, At the same time PCR detected by fluorescence CHB young women before and after pregnancy in patients with serum HBV-DNA content.Results： Before and after pregnancy T-lymphocyte subsets in the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）, but HBV-DNA expression before and after in pregnancy there is significant difference （P〈O.O5）.Conclusion： The chronic hepatitis B patient there exists the immune function in airframe regulating and controlling an unbalance, chronic hepatitis B youth female patient gravidity before and after T-lymphocyte B change has no obvious significance; dynamic observation of HBV-DNA level, help to determine young women with chronic hepatitis B Pregnancy after liver disease degree.
