| 摘 要： | 目的：制备鲜生地冻干粉，并对其主要成分与鲜生地汁进行对比分析，为实验及临床研究提供安全有效的药物。方法：采用抽真空冷冻干燥法制备鲜生地冻干粉，并将其与鲜生地汁进行指纹图谱分析。结果：鲜生地冻干粉经高效液相色谱仪分析后，其主要成分与鲜生地汁相同。结论：鲜生地冻干粉制备工艺可行。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To prepare fresh rehmannia freeze-dried, and its main composition and fresh rehrnannia juice, and to make a comparative analysis for experimental and clinical research to provide safe and effective drugs. Methods ： The vacuum freeze drying method was used for producing fresh virgin soil, with the fresh rehmannia juice for fingerprint analysis. Results ： Fresh rehmannia freeze-dried was studied by high performance liquid chromatograph analysis. Its main composition and fresh rehmannia had the same juice. Conclusiori ： Fresh rehmannia freeze-dried preparation process is feasible. |
