鲜生地冻干粉制备工艺与指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:制备鲜生地冻干粉,并对其主要成分与鲜生地汁进行对比分析,为实验及临床研究提供安全有效的药物。方法:采用抽真空冷冻干燥法制备鲜生地冻干粉,并将其与鲜生地汁进行指纹图谱分析。结果:鲜生地冻干粉经高效液相色谱仪分析后,其主要成分与鲜生地汁相同。结论:鲜生地冻干粉制备工艺可行。

Abstract:Objective : To prepare fresh rehmannia freeze-dried, and its main composition and fresh rehrnannia juice, and to make a comparative analysis for experimental and clinical research to provide safe and effective drugs. Methods : The vacuum freeze drying method was used for producing fresh virgin soil, with the fresh rehmannia juice for fingerprint analysis. Results : Fresh rehmannia freeze-dried was studied by high performance liquid chromatograph analysis. Its main composition and fresh rehmannia had the same juice. Conclusiori : Fresh rehmannia freeze-dried preparation process is feasible.
