| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗口臭的疗效。方法：将96例患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例。治疗组运用中西医结合疗法治疗，对照组单用西医方法治疗，治疗前后进行对比观察。结果：治疗组临床治愈30例，显效10例，有效6例，无效2例；对照组治愈19例，显效8例，有效12例，无效9例，经统计学处理，两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗口臭疗效较好，优于单纯的西医治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of TCM combined with western medicine in treating Halitosis.Methods：96 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group with 48 in each,The treatment group was given Rhizoma Coptidis Decoction for clearing Away Gallbladder- Heat combined with western medicine,The control group had the same treatment but without taking herbal medicines.Results：The treatment group recovered in 30 cases,10 markedly effective,effective in 6 cases ,two cases of ineffective; The control group recovered in 19 cases, 8 markedly effective, effective in 12 cases, nine cases of ineffective, showing significant difference between them（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： TCM combined with western medicine is an effective way for Halitosis,better than simple western medicine. |
